I placed an order and I paid for it, had to wait for an hour 30min, i called the KFC jabulani mall to check what was happening only to be told a lie that my order is on the way, 2min later I get an email that my order has been cancelled, I called the online customer care and the lady who attended my call was extremely rude, instead of helping me I was put on hold until I decided to hang up. Had to call again Sibusiso helped me but I will get my refund after 2 days, I am so ****ed and disappointed.
