just annoying behaviour

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at the KFC in Tembisa.

Today, at 09:38, I ordered a “bucket for one” and specifically requested white meat. While paying at the window, I overheard a staff member calling out my order in a way that felt careless. I collected my order, paid, and left without checking, assuming everything was correct.

When I got home, I discovered the order contained drumsticks instead of white meat. This experience was disappointing and demotivating, and it raises concerns about the attention to detail and overall service quality at this location.

I hope KFC can review this and ensure staff are properly trained to handle customer orders carefully, as customers expect value for their money and a good experience.
