January Specials ****s

I give ZERO STAR to your restaurant, you create specials for January that you are not willing to sell. Yesterday I was at Tembisa Phumulani mall, I was there to get the Streetwise 2 MAX and I was told that they don't have the mini loaf so they cannot sell me the speal ,its okay I opted for a second option. Today on the 27th Jan I am at the KFC that is at the Baragwanath rank I wanna order Streetwise FEAST , Guess what? I am told that they cannot sell me Streetwise Feast because they do not have Lids for the the drinks. How can lids run out when there are cups?isn't that a combo on its own? Then I asked the lady okay let me just order Streetwise 2 Max , guess what? I Can only order Streetwise 2 Max if I change the drink to fanta or sprite , at that time It is no longer the speal because it now amounts to R63.90 when I change the drink. Mind you with all this story at Baragwanath taxi rank these ladies at your restaurant they tell me that I cannot even swap a drink of STREETWISE 2 MAX AND STREETWISE FEAST meal for bonaqua , I realized because water doesn't change the price It keeps the special price but if you swap for that Fanta or Sprite it changes the whole idea of the meal being a special. Please Don't do specials that you won't be selling because we rush for nothing, only to be sold disappointment , Today at Baragwanath rank I didn't even bother to buy anything anymore, I was bored and irritated that that's how all your restaurants and employees operate i just went to the other restaurant near buy to actually be served what is advertised and what is offered.

Totally disappointed , zero star & i am not ever going to another KFC to get those meal the January special can just end already it is no use.
