Jabulani mall KFC don't know how to retain clients

good day, ystday was th 3rd time when I ask for something extra then they decline, they don't want with extra solt nor a serviette. ystday I was assisted by Dumazile, that's what my slip says, and when I asked for tomato source when I bought a combo of 8 peivce for R154.90 she said she can't give me extra as they will say she stole of it, I don't understand this really
