Items paid for and not delivered

I ordered and paid online and some items were missing. i called the branch and straight voicemail. I logged on their website and they close the incident... Our KFC Team are unable to reach you. KFC *** is closed for now. Please contact us on ***. I paid and did not get what I paid for, how many people does this happen to then they pocket the benefits. Unfair
