Items on menu not available. Can't pay with card.

KFC Meadowdale. Your menu says you sell toasted chicken mayo and cappuccino. I try order both and you tell me you don't sell toasted chicken and your coffee machine doesn't work. So I had to get a different toasted sandwich with white bread, when I asked for brown. But of course there was no brown bread. I was given a cold and watery hot chocolate. And I could not pay by card, only cash. This is the most ******* and terrible customer service ever. I should've gone to the MCDONALD'S. No wonder they were so busy. Don't advertise stuff that you don't have and don't expect customer loyalty when you give the worst customer service imaginable.
