Is this a KFC like other KFCs?

I have been to this KFC two days in a row. They seem not to have stuff that I buy at other KFC restaurants everywhere else. Their ice cream is melted, they don't have sparkling krushers, they are never prepared to give me my double crunch - I have to wait for 12 minutes, the restaurant is boiling hot. Absolutely miserable experience. This can't be normal. I can say without a doubt that coming to KFC is the worst part of my holiday in Port Saint Johns. This restaurant needs serious attention. It's also filthy.
