Is KFC SA Franchise becoming sloppy and following ways of *******ion?

KFC Wierda Park. On 13/11/2020 I placed an online order as many times before as per ongoing on line app promotion of receiving an extra piece of finger licking good chicken when ordering & paying on line. Just after 19:30 my 15y old granddaughter and I collected it from a very very busy KFC outlet BUT what a disappointment we had:

1. Order was ready BUT when opened at home it did not had in the extra 1 x mouth-watering chicken piece as per promotion and counted on. 2. KFC Coleslaw (2 x plastic bowls with date 13 - 14/11/2020 on it) as side order. WITHOUT taste of any sauce and/or salad dressing and smelling off (sour). We took photos for evidence. 3. Additional side order = 3 x Chocolate Sundae (1 x Oreo & 2 x Kit Kat). Plastic bowl almost half full = half a portion but paid for a full portion and very little chocolate as covering. (At KFC Mall@Reds a very satisfying FULL serving/plastic bowl is delivered with excellent chocolate coverage for the same cost).
