Is it just me or is it just plain disappointing to not have serviettes and ketchup???

So I walk in to KFC (Qwaqwa in freestanding) to try out their new summer lunch combo only to be told I can't have that cos they don't have crunch burgers ??? okay after looking at the menu again I order myself the new crunch master as a second option and cos I am hungry, I pay and wait....I get my food on a tray and then i am told there are no serviettes and I am handed this rough dark looking paper that belongs in the bathroom next to the sink. Luckily I have tissues in my bag I continue to go sit then I realise I wasnt given any ketchup now I am fuming head over to the counter and guess what??? They out of tomato sauce!!!!
