Is customers important?

On 20 june 2018, we went to KFC only to be told that there was no burgers, wraps or anything else but chicken pieces. This is my first complaint.

We complained about this on the KFC website, and received a case number and a promise that someone will contact me. CAS-376828-C5F2J4. No one has contacted me yet, which is complaint number 2.

When I didn't get any response, I decided to turn to social media and complained on KFC's facebook site. Yet again, they promised me that someone would contact me. Yet again, no one has done so, which is complaint number 3.

I waited 2 days and the. Decided to contact them again, also on the facebook site. This time I got no response whatsoever. NOTHING. which is complaint number 4.

I am sick and tired of bad service from KFC and I will not stop until I get the answers to the questions that I have. I realy hope that they would prove me wrong and resolve my issues.
