Irate customer

I always order at kfc, suddenly they said they dont deliver to my area, I was given a R50 voucher for inconvenience, I initially spent 164 but was refunded via a voucher of R150, nobody told me the voucher was once off. Now kfc does not want to give me my money, it's money I spent it's not a handout, the kfc customer service people are giving me a run around. I just want my money, I'm standing at kfc and can't buy food.
