Irate client

I am not happy with the customer service BP Meadowlands has to offer. I’ve placed an order,been tracking my food the driver chooses to go down the street and I have never had such issues with kfc they know my house using the very same address.i try calling the driver using the number on record the number takes me straight to vm. Very *********** of a shop allowing deliveries with a number that does not go through even worse when I call the store the lady is rude by the name of ntombikayise or whatsoever
