Invoice before you get into the toilet

I was just coming back from home on the 26.12.2018 and by that time i was so pressed. I went to KFC at benoni voortrekker street to buy my child a mash.bacause I was so pressed I started by running to the loo.on my way to the loo there was was this lady who was looking at me so strange She ran to the loo before I can even enter and when I opened the toilet I found her and she said to me she is asking for an invoice.i was so surprised and asked her if I should buy first. I was so angry I went to the counter and buy a mash. The cashier was so friendly and she even asked for a R2 to feed a hungry child .I denied and explained to her what happened and she was very sorry. I asked her to call a manager and the manager suported the lady who denied me a toilet. She said yes thus how they normally do.and she said now that I already bought I can use their toilet. I said no I rather go and pay for the R2 outside that I was suppose to donate. Cause I was very angry I even didn't want to see that lady again.people do look at us before they can treat us and is wrong.i think the boss won't be happy cause they chase him customers. Guys good service is important. We don't work to earn money only.
