Integrity issue questioned on KFC Lenasia South dunked wings

I don't understand the level of inconsistency with KFC. I went to buy dunked wings in Centurion branch and the other branch in Attreigeville and they were nice and tasty, then I went to the branch in Lenasia South and hot wings seemed like they were originally hot wings but because it was late they just took them and dunked them inside. They were so hot I had to give them all to my husband because I don't eat hot things. I wasted a lot of money but did not get value for my money. It's frustrating really.
