Insulted My Manager KFC Protea Heights

Absolutely disgusting behavior I received from a lady called Mendy (no name tag) at KFC Protea Heights Cape Town. After I was explained (half heartedly) why they cant refund me for the double charge. She impolitely interrupted my conversation with another customer as I was expressing my frustration of the double charge and now long I have to wait for my food. She burst out saying to me out loud "Stop acting like we need your money". Proceeded to tell me to 'get lost' ("humpa") even though I'm still waiting for my order.My first transaction was at 17:15 (still owed a refund). I got home after 20:00. It is a 5-7km drive. I was even able to go home and fetch my phone, come back and still wait a long time for my order. Load-shedding played a major role in the delays in service, but you can't afford to have managers crack under pressure in that way. The frustration is the same for us all.KFC still needs to maintain a positive illuminating red & white image in the midst of the dark times.
