Insulted by a staff member Tshinaki

I went to KFC Shayandima to buy breakfast and I was told they said they are not selling breakfast so I decided to buy 2 classic twister meals and small pops. Tshinaki then dropped the order while about to hand it over to me and food fell outside the collection window. I asked her not to bring me the same food since they fell down and she started to insult me.
