Insulted and humiliated by Ntoh, the cleaner

I have a complaint about KFC in Pinetown no 36 Josiah Gumede road, I went past there this afternoon to buy wings on my way from work and I needed to use the toilet, the lady at the till said to ask the lady that was cleaning, this lady that was cleaning was VERY RUDE she told me I cannot use the toilet as she was done cleaning and had put some chemical, I asked how do they put chemicals when there are still customers coming in and out the store? She told me her time to clean the toilets is 5 and no customer is allowed after that, I slasked for the manager she said she was the manager, her name is NTOH by the way, I insisted I am not leaving without using the toilet and we then went to the lady who was at the till, who i presume is the real manager because she said I can enter at my own risk since there was some harmful chemical used.

I had to wait for some time for the rude NTOH to open while she was busy hurling insults at me infront of other customers telling me next time I must use another KFC not that branch, I feel so humiliated and insulted, I am a paying customer at KFC and do not need people like NTOH to spoil my mood after a busy day. And how does KFC clean and use harmful toilets if there are still customers coming in and out??
