Inhumane Act of staff members

I waited for the KFC at this address shop 7 cnr Wanderers and plein street to open.As I walked to the shop counter, I saw the ladies still preparing to start their day .I then approached a door with a toilet sign and a staff member raced me there .She locked the door and told me that before she let's me use the toilet I must start by buying something.I've never heard of such inhumane act in my life and I asked to see those rules .I was sent to the manager who didn't have a name badge on ,I asked who her name is and she said her name is Sylvia .She told me the policy says I must order before using the toilet .I went back to my car, fetched money and ordered breakfast .They let me use the toilet but refused to give me a receipt.This is what ordinary customers go through at this branch and I will never ever lay my foot there again .If you know what's good for you also don't go there I've never been treated like this in my life.Poor customer service and most of all very very inhumane act I've experienced
