****ing useless!!! And no Service Delivery!!!

<p>Most terrible service ever!!</p> <p>Order was placed and had to wait for over 2 and a half hours!! Driver arrived with cold food!! </p> <p>We had to phone 7 times to follow-up and no one giving us feedback!! No one phoning us back to keep us updated is pathetic!! </p> <p>After phoning the owner of branch and receiving blatant arrogancing and ignorance and incompetence!! And threatning me was just the bigest low point!!</p> <p>Threatning me with legal action is also very unacceptable!!</p> <p>The owner hung-up on after voicing my opinion was also very unacceptable.</p> <p>At the end of the night still no food and hungry kids as well as hungry family is very dissapointing!!</p> <p>Feedback and compensation expected!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
