*****ing money from a 70 year old woman

Used the KFC app, money deducted but no order went through. Called the call center spoke the agent and team leader who refused to help and give me scripted lines. In this day and age it is impossible to believe that KFC has not moved with the times to refund people or make a order to deliver the food.
