Inferiour quality of food and service

I ordered two KFC barrels today to say thank you to my staff for their hard work. When I checked in the bags, we had received one serviette and one tomato sauce per barrel. There was no salt at all. Two tomato sauces and two serviettes are not nearly enough for 15 people. After that disappointment, we found the food even worse. It tasted like it had been cooked in age old oil, it actually tasted burnt, nothing like KFC normally grew accustomed to. I tried calling the branch, but it goes to voice mail.
