Inefficient and unprofessional service KFC (MBW-KSA721) Walter Sisulu Street (Corner SADC and Walter Sisulu, Middelburg, MP)

I am a regular customer at aforementioned food outlet, as it is close to my work place. This afternoon 15/01/2026 at around 13:25 I bought “All-star lunch box”, which normally doesn’t take long to collect. My order number was 260 and it was showing as order number 3 to be collected on the information board. Number of orders were made after mine and collected until to order number 267. When I enquired about my order, I was given this unprofessional attitude and looks by the food parker, whom I did not get her name. I went back to Nhlahla, cashier I paid to and asked where is may order, She was also not friendly and shouted for the order at the back. I only received my order after 30 minutes upon making a demand with no courtesy or some apology.

It is painful to see our sisters treating their client’s this bad and they claim to be looking for employment. Funny enough they may think that they have made it in life, but that is not the end. I am humbly requesting this matter be attended to swiftly and staff be coached on customer care.
