Inefficient

Placed an order for collection online. The money was debited from my account but no order placed!!! I called customer care nothing they can do they can just log a ticket. Got an sms saying of the representatives will contact me this is same thing that happened a few weeks back where I complained about one of the KFC's no one contacted me. I need my money refunded!
