Inedible twister insignificant

I bought a grilled twiter on the 28 April 2107 at 14:40 at KFC Strubensvalley on my way home.

The Twister was inedible. When I arrived home I put the inedible twister in the freezer.

I send an email to KFC customer services that evening explaining everything, which they acknowledged. Case nr. 272 757

The next day (Sunday) I had a missed call from KFC Strubensvalley at 14:56.

On Monday I received a sms stating that case 272 757 has been resolved.

It is difficult to understand the policy of KFC to resolve a case with one missed call. Maybe I am missing the point or that the opinion of KFC customers is insignificant.

Irma Pistorius

Is Customer Care a machine or is a person actually reading the complaints.
