Inedible KFC meal

On 24th July we bought a Family Fiesta meal from the KFC outlet in Noordheuwel Krugersdorp. We were assured by staff that the meal was fresh. At home it proved inedible. The chicken pieces were dark brown, rock hard, and dried out. The chips were the same. Our dogs ate the food, not us. We e-mailed a report to KFC via their Customer Help and received a reply requesting details which were supp****. We have since been ignored by KFC with no follow up from them. We've been buying KFC meals for over 45 years. That was our last. R151.00 wasted.
