incorrect orders

Good day. At kfc in nigel at shoprite we placed an order and when wr got our order it was incomplete and wrong. We ordered zinger box, 2 snack burgers 2 sprinkle pops, 2 pieces chicken, 1 large chips 2 mash and gravy, twister and streetwise 2. When we got our order there was 1 sprinkle pop. So we bought another one. But then we realised there is 2 large chips in. So I told them I didn't order it I want a refund. So they wanted to exchange the chips for pops. I told them we already bought another one and the manager insisted. I told him I don't want 3 pops, its going to waste. After refunding me on my chips I had to ask 3 times for my slip as I am going to go to hello peter. He didn't really want to give the slip back. When we got home I realized that they never gave my 2 pieces of chicken. When I looked on the slip i realized they never even took that order. I am not going to go back just for that. The food even didn't taste up to standard. The chips tasted like it was preheated in a microwave and the chicken was very hard, not crispy, hard and very dry. They will never see me again.
