Incorrect Order Received and Poor Service

Dear KFC (Blue Downs) Cape Town

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order at KFC Blue Downs order number 637 that I received on 25 February 2025.

The order was incorrect as I order a Very Berry Crusher and received an Oreo Krusher I only noticed it when I got home, and more importantly, I did not receive any ketchup, which I had specifically requested. Additionally, the overall service was poor, and I am very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and care in fulfilling my order as there were centre breasts on the meal I ordered no thighs what so ever.

I would appreciate it if you could address this issue as soon as possible and offer a suitable resolution.
