Incorrect Order received

I place my order for the 21 piece Festive bucket and the lady told me that she will first confirm if she has 21 pieces available. Upon return and confirmation, the lady informed me that she has 4 thighs, 4 mixed and the remainder drum sticks . I then told her that i did not want so many drum sticks as i was feeding a group of grown men. She said that she would cook more chicken and that i would need to wait an additional 20 minutes, which i did. The gent brought the bucket to me , very squashed and the lid partly off. I asked him if all was sorted and he confirmed , yes and thanked me for my patience. Upon arrival back at my office, i began to serve and found 6 thighs and 15 drum sticks. Upon trying to call the restaurant, there was no answer of the phone. I am most disappointing as i am a loyal customer and did not expect this.
