Incorrect order , poor management

<p>last week my girlfriend order kfc for us, she ordered a fully loaded box meal and kfc double crunch burger meals.</p> <p>when returning home we discovered the incorrect order was given to us. We received 2 small crunch burgers and a wicked zinger box meal. This is not the first time we have received the incorrect order from kfc. I phoned into complain to management , who was not helpful or interested in the situation as I didn't have "proof" she took down my contact details reluctantly and I still have not received any feedback from her. Very disappointing </p>
