Incorrect order given

On the 30 August 2019 @. 13:11 I have ordered several meals at Witbank Presidents Cnr OR Tambo and Mandela I was helped by Celiwe 1098. She was unsure of my orders and I repeated 3 times before I left to collect. The lady in the collection area mentioned my order as I have ordered. When I get home my order is missing chips and I have ordered Hawaiian zinger burger meal and it’s not what I have ordered so I called the customer care they told me they will escalate it to the branch. I have to drive back and take back the burger and imagine if you bought and stay far and have to return the wrong food you didn’t order. I have taken a picture of my so called Hawaiian zinger burger.
