incorrect order and rude response

I received a wrong order and whilst driving away I noticed that the order was not what I ordered.. I then drove back and enquired about the policy if the customer has been given a wrong order . Instead of getting a response the server grabbed the food and went at the back to exchange without even proper communication. He then came back and told me that the only policy in place is to apologies and exchange the order and then thats it. He then rudely asked if we want double the meal or what.
