Incorrect order and non compliance from staff

I went to KFC Hatfield to buy lunch. I placed two orders. In the first order I asked for a double crunch burger without cheese. The second order I requested no garnish on the tower burger and a Fanta cold drink. I waited a long time for the orders. When I finally got the order and I went back to the office, I noticed that my double crunch burger only had one piece of chicken on and the cheese had not been taken off. The tower burger had a lot of garnish on. The pops which we also ordered was half full. This is totally unacceptable!
