Incorrect order

I went to KFC on Saturday 01.08.2015 to the Chatsworth Centre branch. I ordered a family feast 8 piece with 3 sides. I got home to find that there was only 6 pieces in my order. I called the branch and spoke to the so called Manager who asked me to come back to the store and pick up 2 pieces of chicken. I was outraged as I am from Phoenix and was visiting my mum in Marianhill which is about 40 minutes away from the store. He then asked me to come to the store and he will add a few items to the 2 pieces if chicken that they had not given me. I stopped at the store only to get there and they offer me 3 pieces of chicken and a mash and gravy. I was appalled I spent R70 on petro, to get there and they were offering me a mash n gravy and an extra piece if chicken after making a moan they lady at the till came back and said we will throw in a free zinger burger of your choice. I was so angry I stormed out the store.. who is going to reimburse me for the petrol that I used????? do they honestly think 1 extra piece of chicken and a burger and regular mash and gravy is going to cover the cost of me going back there? I am absolutely appalled as this is no the first time I've had a problem
