Incorrect order

I am utterly disgusted with kfc at umlazi mega city branch. Not only is their service slow but this after I ordered and paid for a 9 piece bucket. To my surprise I get home in there is 8 pieces. Now who is not supposed to get a piece. This needs to be rectified immediately or I'm taking it further
