incorrect order

I take offense now, seriously this kfc nagina cant keep on doing this. This is more than 3rd time this has happened, n d manager Eric is well aware of this too, last time he even offered some genrrous hamper whivh I rejected because this is nt abt wanting freefood but correcting d service, can I Kindly beg these people to notice us valuable clients they dnt hv to smile just give corect order, I sat in my car this time my brother sent in to buy in my order no mash n gravy! I eent back Thabi who said shes manager gv me suck a attitude when I told her she packed my order in correct (I saw her thru d window) she said well she wasnt d onewho packed rong on other occasions so I mustnt count it on her. Believe me if thrre is a way I can make kfc pay f this pathetic service I would find it n use it, im dissapointed nt to mention angry im spitting angry...kfc is killing d brand at Nagina, worse they messing with a media person, kindly google my name.
