Incorrect order

My husband went to buy two wicket zinger meals and the order was totaly wrong. We we served wings lunch boz n two extra two pieces of chicken . He had to wait and wait for the wronf order. If they got the order right I can understand but they failed us in two ways. Wen u drive thru u dont double check the order esp after taking to long
