Incorrect order

I went to the Marlboro KFC on the 29/11/17 around 17:30 to buy dinner for my family, to the shock of my life when i got home and only got 5 pieces of chicken when i ordered a "family treat 8 pieces" So does this mean that i have to open and count the number of pieces before i drive away because of fear that i'll be ********** by KFC? i'm so disappointed!!!
