Incorrect KFC address and terrible service

I ordered kfc wings at Rustenburg 2 through Uber eats appvwhich on the gps shows its the kfc in Waterfall next to build it. When i was leaving home, i called the store to confirm the address however when i got there they told me my order was meant to be collected at the kfc by the taxi rank which is further away from where i stay. I tried to get the order reallocated to the kfc i was at only to be told i must go collect at the taxi rank branch. No one was willing to assist which subsequently lede to make another in store order. The service is really appalling and totally unacceptable.
