incorrect chicken pieces
<p>Went to KFC in Westridge Cape Town</p> <p>There was alot of customers returning their food as the people working there got the orders incorrect, the staff looked lost and looked like there was no form of direction given from managment staff, everyone was just doing their own thing, and this caused the KFC to be super full. I orderd the streetwise 3 asked for a dry piece of chicken, drum stick nd thigh they got my order incorrect 3times. I think this is not acceptable at all</p>
