Incorrect billing and incorrect order

I went to alex plaza at 12:57 28/12/2015 (order no.513)<br> I placed an order of:2 SW2 Reg Pap/Gra, 3 SW2 2PC, 1 4 Zinger wings <br> Instead of being given 3 SW2 2Pc I was given only 1 SW2 3 Pc and also resulted in me paying more than i should have. When i called the store to advise of the mistake done i was told to drive back to alex plaza during my work time and without any reimbur*****t of the petrol used...Im really disappointed and i need to be reimbursed for my suffering
