Inconvenient drive

Last night, after a long day of work all I wanted to serve my family was a KFC meal. So I drive up to Capricorn KFC and order a 10pc family treat. Firstly, the coleslaw I was given was short-dated and expired the same day so I request a a better dated coleslaw. Then when I got home, which is 20 minutes away from Capricorn in peak traffic, I realised that 1 regular chips was missing from my order. Once I realised this, I immediately returned and complained, the guy who helped me the first time said that he did not help me.

It is not the first time I have to drive back to this KFC to get things that were forgotten to be packed, I think it is ridiculous and not a very good service.
