Inconsitency/Terrible service

I was at KFC Kollonade Mall, wanted streetwise2,I asked for pieces of my choice as i always do,they refused.Supervisors Titelo&Dipuo said its procedure everywhere they cant put two pieces in one box. They refused to give me Regional Manager contacts also. Lost a customer. Why am i being denied pieces of my choice at KFC Kollonade Mall but everywhere I go I get pieces of my choice. I DO NOT LIKE THIS INCONSISTENCY. Please confirm if it is indeed company policy that customers cannot choose pieces they want as per Dipuo, Titelo and Refilwe at KFC branch Kollonade Mall. Also explain to me why they refused to give me Regional Manager contact, be it email or numbers, they refused on both. Customer service terrible at that KFC branch
