Inconsistency

ENgcobo Kfc opposite Caltex... This is actually the second incidence, first was when I told at 20:14 that there’s no meat, unfortunately they aren’t selling anything but the franchise closes at 21:00. Today I make my order at 20:37, Sandisiwe the same lady assisting me last time says my order will ready in 20min. 22min later I go in, enquire about my order and I’m told I still have 14more minutes to go🙆🏿♀️ How?! And the cashier keeps on telling people their meat will be ready in 20min that mine is not ready at 21:15
