Inconsiderate staff and managers

I arrived at 12 pm around my lunch time made an order…but 30 minutes later my order was still not ready,and what ****ed me off even more was that people that came after me where coming and going and some had difficult orders,mine was simple yet I was there still waiting,I decide to ask the lady who is giving out orders and she just said we are busy with it mam,okay I waited another 15 minutes,mind you my lunch hour is almost over,there’s no time to eat or drive back.i then decide to cancel my order and get my money back,then they now tell me they will attend to it immediately,they start apologising ,at this point I have no time to spare I just want my money back,the manager was just standing there looking and not coming to find out what was the issue,finally one lady went and explained to the manager,he didn’t even flinch he just opened the drawer and gave me my money back,no apologies or anything.My heart was so broken,I mean I’m wearing my work uniform it’s clear that I’m on duty yet I was not taken serious.Im very dissatisfied with their behaviour.
