Incomplete wrong order

I received a wrong order and when I laid my complain I did not get feedback until calling customer care, which told me they will escalate to the store . The store sends me an sms to call them and explain what happened😡😡😡all information is on the case and they should be calling me. Case was issued on3/01/2023 and I am only getting and sms to call them today
