Incomplete order received

Good day I ordered via the Uber eats app on Sunday evening 25th October and didn't receive my colonel burger and the all in one plus was received without the coleslaws. I ordered 2 all in one. Both were received without coleslaws and the chicken was oily and stale. Upon delivery I checked my order and noticed the colonel burger missing as well as the coleslaws. I tried calling the KFC Phoenix plaza 2 branch where the order was placed and nobody answered. I tried four times and eventually had to ask the driver to leave. My order was over R400 and the meal I received was very disappointing and not appetizing. The standards and service has definitely dropped.
