Incomplete order every time, KFC Randburg Taxi Rank

Hi KFC, I ordered from the KFC app yesterday with Randburg Taxi Rank KFC outlet. My order included 2 all star box meals, 10 dunked wings that come with free regular chips. Order ***. When the order was delivered to me my chips were not in the order, and this is the third time this happens, at the same branch. I called the branch to notify them the lady that answered the call was a not welcoming at all, but promised that the driver will bring the chips. Bear in mind that this is not the first time it happens, it's the 3rd time that we have to remind the store about my order. You can't pay for something in full and be given half of what you were promised. Disgusting service indeed. Where I am I still received the chips up to time.
