Incomplete Order but fully paid

My order was incomplete KFC Observatory I emailed on 28Jan2022 Kgomotso Mpelo e mail me back wit a case number CAS - 844302-B5W9C5 till date nothing happened. Atrocious service incomplete order waste of petrol to drive back.i also called spoke to Pulani or Pulula on *** who promise to call me back nothing happened I want my refund of the food I didnt received but was fully paid for
