Incomplete order again

Imagine paying for something and only to relise you dint get your full order this is the 2nd time I've ordered food at the kfc verulam brunch and found that my pops was not packed with my order.the reason yourll have stuff packing the goods is for them to also check if the order is correct!!!!!
