INCOMPLETE ORDER

This is not the first time that I have visited the KFC in Glen Marais, just to get home and find that some of the order is missing. This is such an inconvenience. You EXPECT to get what you pay for and TRUST that what is given to you is correct. I have to drive all the way back to get the rest of the order and by the time we get home to enjoy our dinner, the other food that was originally given is COLD. On the ads the burger look so delicious and filling, but when you open the box, the lettuce are old, the piece of chicken so small that even my 6 year old need more and the bun usually dry. There is a Steers right next to KFC and although I prefer KFC to Steers, I'd rather purchase my food from them next time. They have NEVER disappointed!
